🔒 Is my purchase protected?

Yes. Every ticket on Portalys is verified and backed by our Fan protection Guarantee.

If something goes wrong, you get a refund–fast and faster than any other platform.

🧾 What happens if the seller cancels?

If a seller backs out, you’ll be refunded immediately and we’ll match you with a similar ticket ASAP.

💰 Can I place a bid if I don’t see the ticket I want?

Absolutely. You can place a bid on any event and if a seller matches it, the ticket is yours automatically.

🏷️ Do you charge fees?

Yes, but only for buyers. Buyers pay a small service fee shown at checkout.

🎟️ Are tickets real?

Yes. Every ticket on Portalys is screened for fraud. Verified = safe entry.

🤷 Did my bid go through?

If you see a temporary hold on your card, your bid is live. You’ll be notified and charged only if your bid gets accepted by a seller.

🧾 How do refunds work?

If the ticket is invalid or the seller backs out, you get refunded automatically. No back-and-forth.

📉 Can I offer below the asking price?

Yes, you can place a bid and we will notify the sellers that you're willing to pay below their price. They can decide to accept or ignore your request. If they ignore, we will place a bid that any new seller can see a match.

⭐️ How do I leave a review?

Once you buy the tickets we will prompt you to select a rating and write a review in the same page you confirmed that you received your tickets.

📥 How do I sell my tickets?

List it in under 30 seconds: Upload your ticket proof of purchase, set a price or accept bids and get notified when it sells.

🏷️ Do you charge fees?

No fees on sellers! Yes, $0.

⏱️ When do I get paid after selling?

You get paid within minutes of your ticket being accepted by the buyer.

No more waiting a few business days or until after the event.

✏️ Can I change my price after listing?

Yes. Go to your listing anytime and adjust the price or accept any active bids.

❌ How do I cancel my listing

You can delete your listing instantly if it hasn’t sold yet. No penalties.

📩 How do I send my ticket to the buyer ?

Once sold, we guide you through transferring the ticket securely on the app. Buyers are notified instantly.

👀 How do I check if my ticket(s) sold? 

You’ll get a notification + email when it sells. You can also check in “My Listings” on your resale dashboard.

🏦 How do I link my bank account?

Go to your profile → “Finance Tab” → Link your account securely via Stripe  (~2 min)

🔓 How do I unlink my bank account?

Go to your profile → “Finance Tab” → Tap the account button and select to Unlink.

😱 I don’t see my listing. What’s wrong?

Check that your ticket was uploaded correctly and not already sold. Still an issue? Try deleting your existing listing and uploading a new one. Still an issue? Contact us right away.
